Boil soya chunks until soft. Drain, squeeze out excess water, and transfer to a bowl. Also mix sweet corn.
Add curd, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, cashew powder, and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the marinated soya mixture and cook until it thickens.
Add sliced onion and green bell pepper. Sauté for 2–3 minutes, keeping them slightly crunchy. Adjust salt if needed.

Take a tortilla or roti, spread chutney or Schezwan sauce evenly.

Place the soya filling in the center. Add sliced onions and sprinkle chaat masala.

Roll tightly and wrap partially with tissue or parchment paper or newspaper (Indian street style) for easy handling. You can serve it as is or lightly toast on a tawa.

For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice to the filling before assembling the roll.
If you prefer spicier rolls, increase the quantity of Kashmiri red chilli powder or add a pinch of red chilli flakes. You can spread spicy sandwich chutney as well .
To make the rolls healthier, use whole wheat tortillas or rotis instead of regular refined ones. I used Whole wheat laccha paratha for this Soya Frankie Roll.
Add more veggies, chicken pieces or eggs if you eat.
