Mix the minced lamb, onion, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 tablespoon mixed spice, and 1 teaspoon powdered ginger well.

Remove 100g of the mixture and place it in your pot. Add water, cover with the lid, and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes until fragrant.

Transfer to the oven and bake for around 30 minutes at 180C until the sauce is bubbling.

Garnish with toasted pine nuts and enjoy.
