Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients
- 100gpasta
- 1tbspolive oil
- 250gboneless chicken
- 1clovegarlic
- 1cupfresh cream
- 1/2cupParmesan cheese
- salt
- black pepper
- parsley
How to make Chicken Alfredo Pasta
Boil pasta in a medium pot of salted water until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a medium pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add boneless chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink in the center. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add fresh cream and bring it to a simmer.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until it melts into the cream and forms a smooth sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce and toss until everything is well coated. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Tips & Tricks
For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of nutmeg to the Alfredo sauce.
Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the best taste.
