How to make Chicken Karahi

  1. Step 1

    Heat oil in a large karahi or deep pan on medium heat.

    Add the sliced onions and fry until they turn light golden brown.

    Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1–2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.

    Add chicken and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken changes color and starts releasing its juices.
