How to make Cheesy Pizza Bombs

Prepare Dough

  1. Step 1

    In a large mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, refined flour, salt, and chilli flakes, yogurt, and baking soda to make a soft dough.

Prepare Stuffing

    Heat butter in a pan and sauté garlic until aromatic.

  2. Step 2

    Add onions, capsicum, and carrot. Cook until the vegetables are slightly tender.

  3. Step 3

    Mix in paneer, black salt, chilli flakes, chaat masala, and black pepper powder. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Remove from heat and let the mixture cool. Once cooled, mix in grated mozzarella cheese.

Assemble and Cook

  1. Step 1

    Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a small circle.

  2. Step 2

    Place a spoonful of stuffing in the center of each circle and seal the edges to form a ball.

  3. Step 3

    Moisten the bombs and stick them on a tawa.

  4. Step 4

    Flip the tawa and cook until it's slightly charred and golden brown.

  5. Step 5
