Quick Airfryer Salmon with Cream Herb Sauce

Ingredients
For the Salmon Marinade
- Smoked paprika
- Herb mustard seasoning
- Dried fireball peppers (or preferred chili mix)
- Salt
For the Cream Herb Sauce
- Heavy cream
- 1tspButter
- 1pieceHandful of finely chopped coriander
- 1pieceJuice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cherry tomatoes (optional)
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
- Fresh dill (for garnish)
How to make Quick Airfryer Salmon with Cream Herb Sauce
Marinate the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry and rub generously with smoked paprika, herb mustard seasoning, dried fireball peppers, and salt.
Let the marinade sit while you prepare the sauce.
Airfry the Salmon
Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C.
Place the salmon fillets in the Airfryer basket and cook for 8 minutes. Adjust the time based on the thickness of the fillets, adding or reducing by 1-2 minutes as needed.
Prepare the Cream Herb Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Stir in heavy cream and let it warm through (do not boil).
Add chopped coriander, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Toss in cherry tomatoes, if using, and cook for a minute until softened.
Serve
Place the cooked salmon on a plate and spoon the cream herb sauce over it.
Garnish with lemon slices and fresh dill.
Tips & Tricks
Serve with a side of steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
For an extra burst of flavor, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon right before serving.
