Soak the gond katira in 2 cups of water overnight or for 7–8 hours until it swells and turns soft and jelly-like.


Add chopped raw mango, mint leaves, ginger, green chilli, black salt, salt, roasted cumin powder, sugar, and ½ cup water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
