A nutritious salad packed with protein and fiber, featuring mixed greens, vegetables, paneer, and a tangy dressing.
Ingredients
2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 bowl)
- 1cupMixed green leaves
- 2pieceBell peppers (Red and yellow)
- 1pieceCapsicum
- 1pieceCucumber
- 100gPaneer
- 6pieceCherry tomatoes
- 2tbspFeta cheese
- 1tbspMixed seeds
- 1tbspToasted walnuts
- 2tbspLemon juice
- 1tbspHoney
- 1dashSalt
- 1dashPepper
- 1/2tspOlive oil
- 1pieceZucchini
How to make High Protein and High Fibre Salad
In a big bowl, add all green leaves and vegetables cut in desired shape.
Sauté paneer blocks on a non-stick tawa without oil and masala.
In a small bowl, add lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
Add the dressing into the mixed vegetable bowl.
Add sautéed paneer blocks on top and put a dressing of your choice on top.
Tips & Tricks
For extra crunch, add more toasted nuts or seeds.
You can replace paneer with tofu for a vegan option.
