Delicious and crispy corn fritters made with cooked rice and whole kernel corn.

- 250mLcooked rice
- 250mLall-purpose flour
- 10mLbaking powder
- 5mLsalt
- 410gwhole kernel corn, drained
- 1egg, beaten
- 37 1/2mLmilk
- Oil for frying
How to make Corn Fritters
Sift the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt together. Stir well.
Add the cooked rice, corn, and beaten egg and mix thoroughly. Add enough milk to form a thick batter.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry spoonfuls of the batter on both sides in the hot oil until golden brown.
Serve warm.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve a crispy texture.
