Spice Paste

Curry

  • 3tbsp
    oil
  • 1/4tsp
    turmeric powder
  • 1tsp
    red chilli powder
  • 1 1/2tsp
    salt
  • 6piece
    boiled eggs
  • 1tsp
    cumin seeds
  • 1piece
    dried red chilli
  • 1cup
    finely chopped onions
  • 1cup
    tomato puree
  • 1cup
    water
  • 1tsp
    kasuri methi
  • 2tbsp
    chopped coriander leaves

How to make Kolhapuri Egg Curry Indian Style

Prepare Spice Paste

  1. Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil. Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamoms, star anise, black cardamom, pepper, sesame seeds, desiccated coconut, dried red chillies, and saunf. Roast on low flame until the color changes.
