How to make Baanhgajor Lagot Kukura (Chicken with Bamboo Shoot)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onions and set them aside.

  2. In a pan, add the ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, salt, pepper, chilli powder, haldi, and dhania powder.

  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.

  4. Add the chicken and shredded bamboo shoots to the pan.

  5. Once the chicken releases its juices, add water and stir.

  6. Cover the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes.

  7. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
