How to make Jollof Stirfry Pasta

Marinating the Meat

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef with seasoning cube, salt, curry powder, thyme, and dark soy sauce. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cooking the Pasta

  1. Cook the crown premium pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Stir-Fry

  1. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sautΓ© until translucent.

  2. Add the pepper mix and cook for a few minutes until softened.

  3. Stir in the tomato paste, seasoning cube, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes.

  4. Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook until browned.

  5. Add the carrot, green pepper, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

  6. Finally, add the cooked pasta and dark soy sauce. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
