How to make Soya Chunks Fry Roast
Add soya chunks to boiling water along with salt. Let it boil for 2 minutes.
Drain the water and squeeze out all water from the soya chunks.
Add egg, 1 tsp chilli powder, turmeric powder, 0.5 tsp pepper powder, and salt to the soya chunks. Mix well.
Add corn flour to the mixture and mix again.
Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, add the soya chunks mixture and fry for 3 minutes on high flame. Remove from the flame and set aside.
In the same oil, add cumin seeds, then add sliced onions and sauté until they become light brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw taste is gone.
Add 1.5 tsp chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Add chopped tomato and sauté until the tomato becomes soft and mushy.
Add the fried soya chunks to the masala. Mix and cook for 2 minutes on medium to high flame. Turn off the flame.
