Slow Cooked Beef Stew with Cabbage

Step 1

Season the beef stew meat with 'Slap Ya Momma' seasoning and sear it in a hot pan until browned on all sides.

Step 2

Deglaze the pan with wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.

Step 1

Add onion, carrots, and celery to the slow cooker. Place the seared beef ontop. Pour of the deglazed juices from the pan.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion, carrots, celery, bone broth, tomato sauce, bay leaves, bouillon cube, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce to the slow cooker.

Step 3

Mix and cook on low for 6 hours.

Step 4

Add the cabbage to the slow cooker and continue cooking for an additional 2 hours.
