- 150gpaneer
- 2cucumbers
- 1lemon
- salt as per taste
- 1/2tspblack pepper powder
- 1tsphoney
- 1tspOlive oil
- chilli flakes as per taste
How to make Paneer and cucumber salad
Let’s prepare
Chop paneer and cucumber in equal sizes
In a small bowl add lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper and give it a good mix
Add paneer ,cucumber and dressing in a big bowl followed by a good mix
Now serve in a bowl n add a mint leave for garnishing
