How to make Grilled Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa

Prepare the Mango Salsa and Guacamole

  1. Step 1

    Combine mango, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, olive oil, vinegar, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Refrigerate.

  2. Step 2

    Mash avocado with 1 cup of mango salsa to make guacamole. Refrigerate.

Cook the Fish

  1. Step 1

    Drizzle olive oil over the fish and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning.

  2. Step 2

    Grill or bake the fish until cooked through.

Assemble the Tacos

  1. Step 1

    Wrap flour tortillas in paper towels and microwave for about 20 seconds to soften.

  2. Step 2

    Add fish, mango salsa, guacamole, lettuce, and hot sauce to the tortillas.

  3. Step 3

    Add more hot sauce if desired.
