How to make Toasted Chicken Wraps with Spicy Green Sauce

Prepare the Green Sauce

  1. Add the basil, coriander, green pepper, garlic, yellow onions, spring onion, lemon juice, vinegar, sunflower oil, Serrano peppers, salt, and pepper to a blender.

Assemble the Wraps

  1. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the green sauce over it.

  2. Add a layer of garden salad, followed by the cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, and pickled red onions.

  3. Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the edges to secure the filling.

  4. Preheat your sandwich maker or panini grill.

  5. Place the wrap in the grill and toast for about 5 minutes until the wrap is golden and crispy.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For extra flavor, marinate the chicken with some of the green sauce before cooking.

  2. Adjust the spiciness of the green sauce by adding more or fewer Serrano peppers.
