For the Sandwich Layers

    loaf white or whole-grain bread, crusts removed
  • 2cups
    shredded rotisserie chicken or cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2cup
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4cup
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2cup
    finely chopped celery
  • 1/4cup
    finely chopped bell peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Frosting

  • 1cup
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2cup
    mayonnaise
  • 1tbsp
    lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Decoration

  • 1
    Sliced cucumbers, 5 cherry tomatoes, 2radishes, or fresh herbs for garnish
  • Chopped fresh bunch of parsley or dill

How to make Chicken Sandwich Cake

Prepare the Chicken Filling

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, cream cheese, chopped celery, and bell peppers.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix until the filling is well-blended and creamy.

Prepare the Frosting

  1. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until smooth.

  2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. This mixture will be used to frost the sandwich cake.

Assemble the Sandwich Cake

  1. Place the first slice of bread on a large serving plate or tray.

  2. Spread a layer of the chicken filling evenly on the bread.
