How to make Flour Kachori

Prepare Dough

  1. Step 1

    Mix wheat flour, salt, carom seeds, sesame seeds, chili flakes, and ghee in a bowl.

    Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Prepare Stuffing

    Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a small disc.
