How to make Mix Gravy Rice

Marination

  1. In a bowl, combine hung curd, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, dhaniya powder, chicken masala, salt, haldi, and garam masala.

  2. Add the chicken to the marinade and mix well.

  3. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.

Cooking

  1. Slice the onions and chop the chillies.

  2. In a pan, heat oil and add the onions and chillies.

  3. Cook until the onions are golden brown.

  4. Add the marinated chicken to the pan.

  5. Cook for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.

  6. Layer the cooked rice over the chicken.

  7. Pour saffron milk over the rice.

  8. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
