    lukewarm water

    flour
  • 1/2tsp

    garlic

    oregano

    chili flakes

    cheese cubes

    mozzarella

    oregano

How to make Copycat Domino's Garlic Bread

Yeast Activation

  1. Dissolve the sugar in lukewarm water.

  2. Add the dry yeast and cover it for 10 minutes.

  3. Once bubbles appear, the yeast is ready.

Dough Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour and salt.

  2. Add the yeast water and mix everything together to form a slightly wet dough.

  3. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour, one to two tablespoons at a time.

  4. Knead the dough until it comes together.

  5. Cover the dough and let it rest for 2 hours until it doubles in size.

Garlic Butter Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the butter, minced garlic, oregano, chili flakes, and chopped coriander.

Assembly and Baking

  1. Roll out the dough and spread the garlic butter mixture on top.

  2. Add the cheese cubes and mozzarella, then sprinkle with oregano and chili flakes.

  3. Bake in an air fryer at 170°C for 12 minutes.
