How to make Chicken Kofta

Prepare the Kofta

  1. Mix the minced chicken, chilli powder, dhania powder, salt, pepper, chopped onions, fresh dhania, and ginger garlic paste in a bowl.

  2. Shape the mixture into flat balls.

  3. Pan fry the koftas until they are browned.

Prepare the Gravy

  1. In the same oil used for frying the koftas, sauté the chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, and green chillies.

  2. Once browned, add the chilli powder, dhania powder, garam masala, haldi, salt, and pepper according to your taste.

  3. Add the pureed tomatoes and mix well.

  4. Add the koftas and water, then cook for 5-10 minutes on medium-high heat.
