How to make Crunchy Open Burger

  1. Place a burger bun on plate. Cut into halves. Apply generous amount of Sweet Chilli sauce over the buns.

  2. Place 4 cubes of paneer on each bun, and put 2 spoons of mix veggies over them.

  4. Lightly toast them on the pan with a little butter or oil , sprinkle some water drops to avoid burning at the bottom. Cover and simmer for 2-3 min.
