A refreshing and colorful salad featuring mango, avocado, and bell peppers, topped with a zesty lemon dressing.

Ingredients

For salad

  • 1piece
    big ripe mango
  • 1piece
    ripe avocado
  • 1piece
    red bell pepper
  • 1piece
    green bell pepper
  • 1piece
    yellow bell pepper
  • 2piece
    jalapenos
  • 2piece
    yellow onions
  • 2tbsp
    finely chopped celery leaves

For dressing

  • 1tbsp
    honey
  • 1tbsp
    lemon zest
  • 2tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 3tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/3tsp
    salt

How to make Mango Avocado Pepper Salad

  1. Dice all your salad ingredients into cubes and transfer to a bowl together with the celery leaves.

  2. Whisk the dressing thoroughly in a small bowl.

  3. Add the dressing to the salad bowl and mix to combine.

  4. Serve and enjoy with chips.
