Tips & Tricks
You will probably have dough left unless you make really big buns or need to make more than 4 burgers. Refrigerate it and make pizza the next day (up to 3 days).

How long can I store leftover pizza dough?
You can refrigerate leftover pizza dough for up to 3 days.
Can I bake the burger patties instead of grilling or pan-frying?
