A quick and flavorful chicken penne pasta dish with lemon, coriander, and a hint of spice.

Ingredients

  • 300g
    penne pasta

  • 1/2tsp

  • 1/2tsp

  • 2tbsp
    roughly chopped coriander

Cook the Penne

  1. Cook the penne according to the packet instructions in salted boiling water.

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
