A delicious and spicy potato cheese omelette perfect for breakfast or brunch.

- 1piecepotato, grated
- 1/4tspchaat masala
- 3pieceeggs
- 1piecetomato, deseeded and chopped
- 1/4cupgreen onion, chopped
- 2tbspcoriander leaves, chopped
- 1/2tspsalt
- 1/4tspblack pepper
- 1/2tspred chili powder
- 1tbspoil
- 1pinchchilli flakes
- 1piecegreen chili, sliced

How to make Potato Cheese Omelette
Heat oil in a pan and fry the grated potato for a minute while sprinkling some chaat masala.
In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, red chili powder, coriander leaves, tomato, green onion, and eggs. Whisk well.
Pour the egg mixture over the potato in the pan. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
Add cheese on top, cover again, and cook for 2 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Turn off the flame, sprinkle chili flakes and sliced green chili on top. Cut into triangular shapes to serve.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the potatoes are evenly grated for uniform cooking.
Adjust the spice levels according to your preference.
