Made this Instant One Pot Sambhar for lunch using a Pigeon electric pressure cooker. Cooking has become so easy with this appliance, which has a digital display and 18 preset menus. I served it with my favorite Dosa, Idli, and Vada combination, and it was absolutely worth trying. The pressure cooker allows you to cook without constant monitoring, making it a convenient and efficient tool in the kitchen.
