FAQS

  2. Can I bake these fritters instead of frying?

Yes, you can bake them at 375°F (190°C) until they are golden and crispy, but the texture might differ slightly.

  3. Can I use any other type of flour?

Gram flour is ideal for this recipe, but you can try substituting with rice flour or all-purpose flour for a different texture.

  4. How do I store leftover fritters?

Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat them in an oven or air fryer to regain their crispiness.

  5. Can I make the dough in advance?

Yes, you can prepare the dough a few hours in advance and store it in the refrigerator until you're ready to fry the fritters.
