How to make The Round Balls

Preparation

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.

  2. Crumble the paneer and add it to the mashed potatoes.

  3. Finely chop the onion and coriander, then add them to the mixture.

  4. Add corn flour, salt, pepper, and chilli flakes to the mixture.

  5. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

  6. Shape the mixture into small balls.

Cooking

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.

  2. Place the balls in the air fryer basket.

  3. Air fry the balls for 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
