How to make Copycat BTS Meal

Prepare the Batter

  1. In a bowl, mix maida, cornflour, and ice cold water until well combined.

  1. In a grinder, mince the chicken along with salt, pepper, chilli powder, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, onion, coriander, and maida.
