How to make Wors Stew
- Step 1
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat and add the sausages.

Brown them on both sides and set aside.

Lower the flame and add chopped onion and garlic.

Saute for about two minutes until the onions are translucent.

When the onions are done, add dry thyme, oregano, mixed spices, paprika, curry powder, and bay leaves.

Add one beef stock cube and 1 1/2 cups of hot water, mix everything together.

Return the browned sausages to the pot, cover, and cook on medium-low heat for 25 minutes.

Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.

Add coriander leaves and cook for another 2-3 minutes without covering.
- Step 14
Serve it with pap and sautéed cabbage.
