How to make Sunday Favorite Fish

Marinating the Fish

  1. Combine all the marinade ingredients to form a paste and set aside.

  2. Using a knife, make small incisions on both sides of the fish, being careful not to cut too deep. This allows the spices to penetrate the fish.

  3. Rub the fish with the paste using clean hands, ensuring that you are generous with it and cover the entire fish.

  4. Transfer the fish into a container or casserole and allow it to sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Baking the Fish

  1. Place the fish on a baking tray and then into a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

  2. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until it is ready.

Preparing the Sauce

  1. In a small pot, combine water, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.

  2. Allow this to simmer on medium heat for 6-10 minutes.
