I played around with cheese today and made a big pot of Mac n cheese. I've never tasted Mac n cheese that is so rich and creamy, OMG! I also added mince and mushrooms to my Mac. I'm having it with fried chicken. There's no better combo, to be honest. I will be sharing an updated recipe on my stories and highlights soon.

How to make Mac N Cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the macaroni until al dente.

    Saute the mushrooms and set aside.

  3. Step 3

    Saute the mince and set aside.

  4. Step 4

    In a large pan, add two thin slices of butter on medium heat.

    When the butter has melted, add the flour. Whisk them together to make a roux.

    Add milk and whisk for about 3 minutes. Add another cup of milk, fresh cream, spice mix, and sautéed mushrooms.

  7. Step 7

    Combine everything together. Stir in the grated cheese.

  8. Step 8

    Season with aromatics. Add fried mince and cooked pasta.

  9. Step 9

    Combine all and cook for another 2 minutes.

  10. Step 10

    Serve it hot.
