This is an authentic Nigerian soup, it is simple and easy to follow. it is very delicious.

Step 1

In a clean pot steam your water leaves till the water is almost dried up to reduce the water content.

Before adding your Ugwu cook for 3 minutes then add a pinch of salt. give it a stir

Serve with any swallow of your choice.
