How to make Indian White Gravy

  1. Step 1

    Take a saucepan and heat ghee in it. Once the ghee is hot, add the spices.

    Add boiled onion paste and sauté for 10 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 5 minutes. Then add the cashew nut paste and cook well.

    Remove the pan from heat and add beaten yoghurt. Mix it properly.

    Return the pan to the heat and cook the mixture.

    Add salt and mix. Cook until the ghee rises to the top.
