How to make Nachos - Dipping Sauce

  1. Step 1

    Heat butter in a pan until melted.

  2. Step 2

    Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Step 3

    Add diced capsicum, onion, and red capsicum. Cook until they soften.

  4. Step 4

    Stir in the boiled corn, oregano, chilli flakes, and black pepper powder. Mix well.

  5. Step 5

    Lower the heat and add mayonnaise and milk. Stir continuously to combine.

  6. Step 6

    Add grated mozzarella cheese and cheese slices. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.

  7. Step 7

    Remove from heat and serve warm with nachos or as a drizzle over your favorite Tex-Mex dishes.
