  • 300g
    boiled rice
  • 150g
    semolina
  • 100g
    shredded cabbage
  • 1piece
    green capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1piece
    small onion, chopped
  • 1piece
    medium raw potato, grated
  • 1 1/2tsp
    salt
  • 1/2tsp
    red pepper powder
  • 2tsp
    chopped coriander leaves
  • 4piece
    green chillies, chopped
  • 1tsp
    coriander powder
  • 1tsp
    dry mango powder
  • 1tsp
    cumin seeds
  • 1tsp
    fennel seeds
  • 1/2tsp
    turmeric powder
  • oil for shallow frying

How to make Kurmura Crunchy Rice Snack

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil to make a smooth dough.

  1. Grease a plate with a little oil. Make small balls of the dough and pat them into round-shaped tikkies or cutlets.
