How to make Asian Style Baked Chicken Wings

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Pat dry chicken wings one by one to ensure they are completely dry.

  2. Step 2

    In a bowl, prepare the flour mix for coating the wings.

  3. Step 3

    Add corn starch, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, black pepper powder, and a pinch of baking powder to the bowl. Whisk well.

    Coat each chicken wing in the flour mix and place it in a baking basket or tray.

    Once the wings are completely cooked and the sauce is reduced, mix the wings with the sauce until they are fully coated.
