A hearty and creamy soup made with elbow macaroni, hotdogs, corned beef, and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 6pieceHotdog
- 1canCorned Beef
- 2pieceCarrots
- 2pieceRed Bell Pepper
- 1pieceOnion
- 2pieceTomatoes
- 6cupWater
- Elbow Macaroni
- Evaporated Milk
- Soya Oil
- Butter
- Black Pepper
- Onion Powder
- Fish Sauce
- MSG
How to make Macaroni Soup
Boil water.
When it starts boiling, add the elbow macaroni.
Stir and cover, allowing the macaroni to soften.
Heat oil in a pan, add butter and let it melt.
Once the oil and butter are hot, sauté the garlic, onion, and tomatoes.
Add the hotdog and cook for a minute.
Put in the carrots, then the red bell pepper.
Add the sautéed ingredients to the soup.
Stir well and add black pepper, salt, MSG, and onion powder.
Add fish sauce for flavoring, then stir.
Lastly, pour in the milk, bring to a boil, and turn off the heat.
Ready to serve!
Tips & Tricks
You can substitute hotdogs with other types of sausages if preferred.
For a richer flavor, use chicken or beef broth instead of water.
