- 2tbspginger and garlic paste
- 1tbspturmeric
- 2tbspKashmiri chili powder
- 1tbspgaram masala powder
- 2tbspcurd

- Salt to taste
- 500gcooking oil
- Coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
How to make Spicy Chicken 65
Clean and cut the chicken into pieces.
In a bowl, mix ginger and garlic paste, turmeric, Kashmiri chili powder, garam masala powder, curd, and the juice of half a lemon.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Marinate the chicken pieces with the mixture and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Heat cooking oil in a pan.
Fry the marinated chicken pieces until they are cooked through and golden brown.
Garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves before serving.
