A flavorful and spicy chicken marinade using a blend of Indian spices and yogurt.

  • 1/2kg
    chicken
  • 2tbsp
    ginger and garlic paste
  • 1tbsp
    turmeric
  • 2tbsp
    Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1tbsp
    garam masala powder
  • 2tbsp
    curd
  • 1/2piece
    lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • 500g
    cooking oil
  • Coriander leaves
  • Curry leaves

How to make Spicy Chicken 65

  1. Clean and cut the chicken into pieces.

  2. In a bowl, mix ginger and garlic paste, turmeric, Kashmiri chili powder, garam masala powder, curd, and the juice of half a lemon.

  3. Add salt to taste and mix well.

  4. Marinate the chicken pieces with the mixture and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Heat cooking oil in a pan.

  6. Fry the marinated chicken pieces until they are cooked through and golden brown.

  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves before serving.
