A simple and delicious breakfast sandwich with beans, cheese, and egg.
Ingredients
For beans
- 1tbspoil
- 1tspgarlic paste
- 2tbsponion, chopped
- 1/2canHeinz beans
- 1pinchred chilli powder
- 1pinchcumin powder
- 1pinchsalt
For toast
- 1tbspbutter
- 4piecebread slices
- 1handful cheese
- 1tspcoriander leaves, chopped
For egg
- 1tspoil
- 2pieceegg
- 1pinchsalt
- 1pinchblack pepper
- 1pinchred chilli powder
- 1tspcoriander leaves, chopped
How to make Easy Breakfast Sandwich
Prepare beans
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic paste and chopped onion. Fry until the garlic turns golden brown.
Add Heinz beans and spices. Cook on high flame until the oil separates. Set aside.
Prepare toast
Butter the bread slices and toast them.
Place a generous amount of cheese on 2 slices and microwave them for 5 seconds or until the cheese melts.
Spread the prepared beans over the cheese toast and sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves. Cover with the other plain toast.
Cook egg
Heat oil in a pan and add eggs.
Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, and chopped coriander leaves. Cook until half-fried.
Carefully place the egg on the sandwich.
Tips & Tricks
For a spicier sandwich, add more red chilli powder to the beans.
Use your favorite type of cheese for a different flavor.
