A quick and easy chowder recipe with tofu and French bread.

- 1piecesmall onion
- 1clovegarlic
- 1piecebay leaf
- 1/4tspthyme
- 2tspolive oil
- 1tsplemon juice
- 10oztomato soup
- 1cupchicken broth
- 2cupsfried sliced tofu
- 4slices French bread
How to make QUICK CHOWDER
Cook garlic, onion, bay leaf, and thyme in oil until tender.
Add the sliced tofu, chicken broth, lemon juice, and tomato soup.
Bring to a boil, cover, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Ladle over toast in soup bowls.
Tips & Tricks
For a richer flavor, use olive oil instead of corn oil.
You can add more thyme if you prefer a stronger herb flavor.
