    Hung curd
  • 2tsp
    Chilli powder
  • 2tbsp
    Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2tsp
    Dhaniya powder
  • 2tsp
    Chicken masala
  • 2tsp
    Salt
  • 1/2tsp
    Haldi
  • 1/2tsp
    Garam masala

How to make Spicy Chicken Marination

Preparation of Hung Curd

  1. Take a bowl and place a sieve over it. Line the sieve with a clean cloth.

  2. Add the curd to the cloth and let it drain for 20 minutes.

Marination and Cooking

  1. In a bowl, combine the hung curd with chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, dhaniya powder, chicken masala, salt, haldi, and garam masala.

  2. Mix well to create a marinade for the chicken.

  3. You can cook the marinated chicken in an air fryer at 190°C for 20 minutes.

  4. Alternatively, fry onions and tomatoes in a pan, then add the chilli powder, dhaniya powder, haldi, and salt before adding the marinated chicken.
