How to make Spicy Chicken Marination

Preparation of Hung Curd

  1. Step 1

    Take a bowl and place a sieve over it. Line the sieve with a clean cloth.

    Add the curd to the cloth and let it drain for 20 minutes.

Marination and Cooking

    In a bowl, combine the hung curd with chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, dhaniya powder, chicken masala, salt, haldi, and garam masala.
