How to make Chicken Gravy

Prepare the Gravy

  1. In a pressure cooker, add the onions, tomatoes, green chillies, and cashew nuts.

  2. Add the chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, chicken masala, ginger, garlic, and water.

  3. Cook until you hear two whistles. Allow it to cool before grinding.
