A delicious and creamy paneer and peas curry with a blend of aromatic spices.
Ingredients

(1 serving = 1 bowl)
- 1pieceonion
- 1piecetomato
- 2piececashews
- 2piecegreen chillies
- 1piececardamom
- 1cloveclove
- 1/2incinnamon stick
- 200gpaneer
- 1dashred chilli powder
- 1dashcoriander powder
- 1dashgaram masala
- 1cuppeas (frozen or fresh)
- 1tbspoil
- 1tbspfresh cream
- 1pinchsalt
How to make Mutter Panner
In a pan, sauté roughly cut onion, tomato, cashews, green chillies, and the whole spices with a little bit of oil.
Cool down the ingredients in the pan and blend them into a smooth paste with a little bit of water.
In a pan, add oil and all the powder spices. Let it cook for a minute on low flame.
Add the blended paste into the pan and cook until the raw smell disappears.
Add peas and let it cook for a few minutes. Add salt.
Add the paneer and finish with garam masala and a bit of fresh cream.
Tips & Tricks
Enjoy it with tandoori roti or a simple chapati.
