How to make Moist and Fluffy Banana Cake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mash the bananas and set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar, and oil until light and fluffy.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until there are no lumps, but do not over mix.
Add the mashed bananas to the flour mixture and mix until combined.
Grease an 8-inch pan and add the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
For a golden taste, add cinnamon powder to the batter before baking.
