How to make Kothu Parotta
Cut the parotta into small pieces and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilly, and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add salt and garam masala.
Add tomato pieces and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Add the parotta pieces and mix well again.
Now add the egg and mix well.
After that add pepper powder and chicken gravy, and sauté for 5 minutes.
Transfer this to a plate. Take a steel glass and chop the parotta with the sharp edge of the glass, or chop it with a sharp-edged spoon. Otherwise you can directly chop while cooking, that's about your convenience.
Add some coriander leaves.
The tasty kothu parotta is ready to serve. Serve hot.
