How to make Kothu Parotta

  1. Cut the parotta into small pieces and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilly, and sauté for 2 minutes.

  3. Add salt and garam masala.

  4. Add tomato pieces and sauté for another 2 minutes.
