Ingredients

1 Servings
(1 serving = 2 sandwiches)

For Base

  • 100g
    Mushroom
  • 2
    bread slices
  • 2
    cheese slices
  • salt and pepper as per taste
  • oregano and chilli flakes as per taste
  • 1tsp
    Butter
  • 1tsp
    Ketchup

Method

Let's Begin

  1. Chop mushroom in fine pieces as per your preference

  2. In a non stick pan add mushroom, salt and pepper

  3. Saute till all water dried up

  4. Take two bread slices and apply cheese slice on both

  5. Spread Ketchup on both the sides

  6. Add saute mushroom stuffing on on bread slice and cover with another

  7. Sprinkle pizza seasoning and Grill with butter on both the sides

  8. Cut into half and serve hot or pack in a lunch box

Tips & Tricks

  1. Use a non stick pan to sauté mushroom to avoid extra oil or butter

  2. Add extra oregano and chilli flakes
