- Salami slices
- 1/2green capsicum
- 1/2red capsicum
- 1/2yellow capsicum
- 3garlic
- 1medium-sized onion
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt

How to make Potato & Salami Tortilla Wraps
Prepare the Potato Filling
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the thinly sliced potatoes, season with salt, and cook until they start to soften and become golden (5-7 minutes).
Add the minced garlic, onion, and sliced capsicums. Sauté until the vegetables are tender and fragrant. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Tortilla Wraps

Pour the egg mixture
Lay the salami slices and sprinkle generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
Finally, lay the 1 torilla flip and layer the second one.
Cook the Wraps
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crisp, ensuring the egg mixture cooks through.
Slice the wraps and serve warm.
